Very poor service. They just notify you that your parcel is “out for delivery” but never came. Later, you will see that “delivery attempt failed” without even trying to contact you for details, even though your address is very specific and within the city limit only. Other couriers are better, I don’t know why Lazada sellers keeps on using their service at all.

Delivery servicing is poor, On my tracking number it says "Out for Delivery" it took them 3-5 days to find my simple and easy to find address. Its not just once 2GO fail me but many times other courier's has no problem finding my address for the record my address is City Proper. They don't even text/call if they have trouble finding my "easy to find" address. So sad :(

Poor service in delivery. They don't call/text to inform/ask the receiver first to deliver it in exact location since the cellphone number of receiver is stated in the package. They inform you to anticipate the delivery of the package today but was not delivered on exact day and time and did not call the receiver either.

Poor service. It happened twice, they text me to prepare for payment of delivery but they did not arrive. Its been two weeks, Item still not receive
