The bank staff is horrible and rude. We went to claim money (as they are Western Union) and apparently PhilHealth ID is not valid enough so my student friend was asked for another ID. Then, if you’re a student you can only claim maximum of 3,000 Pesos. I asked for a Manager but nobody was there to assist me. I asked for any documentation’s they have from Western Union and couldn’t show me anything. I talked to my lawyer friend and verified with him that PhilHealth is a government-issued and valid ID. I checked the Western Union website over and over again and PhilHealth is listed there as a valid ID. These people are just deplorable. Don’t ever go to that bank for any Western Union transactions because you’ll have an awful day. Regardless of how the person looks like or dresses, each customer has to be treated with respect and civility.
