One of the problems with many offices here in La Trinidad is the guards posing as service crew. In fact, like in this bank, you'd be screened by the guard before getting to the people who are actually in charge of helping you out. This is unprofessional and very uninviting. Get past this fact and the customer service is actually great. With an establishment this big, guards aren't even supposed to open doors nor greet clients. It's their job to keep the bank safe. They are not well trained to be the welcoming personnel. Such a system should be practiced by big businesses like this one.
