Benguet General Hospital

We live in the US and my father in law just passed away almot 2 days now. They confused the swab test for covid with someone else after telling us he was cleared and ready to be released. But now my father in law is still in the morgue and not in the freezer. My wife's family has no sleep for two days waiting for the result. I never give reviews but this one is a no star if i could. They already have gone through so much physical, emotional & mental stress. We are helpless as we cannot fly there because of the restriction due to the pandemic

A hospital trying its best to offer excellent hospital service to the locals as well as visitors.

I am totally surprised that even the hospital is not that glamorous...the nurse and the doctors are very good to their work. They move quick and tho i am still mobile at that time, they act with swift and professionalism. God bless them for saving my life!

"Because this is a semi-private hospital now," is what you'll hear over and over from nurses. Negative reviews from so many people that it reaches our local radio stations many times over. The main theme of patients complaint is you have to pretend to be rich when you come to this hospital if you want to be served better than the rest. From my point of view, just make sure you got extra money for everything. Water isn't free and even 1cotton ball will be charged to your bill.
