Legit company with good products for decent prices but customer service and coordination between agents and releasing team is EXTREMELY POOR! Told me my order was ready for pick up so I booked a Lalamove rider. Rider ended up waiting nearly 1 hour because contrary to what they said, my order's upgrades weren't done yet. They also refused my request to please pay the rider first and I'll reimburse them and to just book a new delivery to me when they're actually done. Instead they had the poor rider wait for nearly 1 hour while I was being passed around on the phone trying to find out what the hell was going on because at first they didn't even want to admit that my upgrades weren't done yet! Your staff is in dire need of retraining and if Google reviews are to be believed, they've been in need of this for a long time!

Since the store was closed due to covid, we got our laptop from the warehouse and its legit. I thought at first when we were talking with their sales rep using viber, it was a scam esp when i asked if there will be demo and the reply was none. I was hesistant but because we need another laptop due to my daughters online study, we tried. The item is nice and brand new and we recommend this store GIGAHERTZ...

all the crew there are very accomodating. they assist their customer politely and they are very helpful.

They were able to repair my laptop in a week. This place is a warehouse. Gigahertz is at the 3rd floor. The place needs a proper receiving area for customers.
