Tagala's Bakeshop

One of Dagupan's best kept secrets, Tagala's Bakeshop is a low profile business establishment that offers some of the finest baked products. When freshly baked, its buns are the best compared to Panaderia Antonio, Rubis, Pedritos or Jech's Bakeshop. The flour is full and not airy. The bake quality is uniform and consistent. And the texture is perfect. Tagala's Cinnamon Bread is also exceptional. It's not too sweet. The bread's texture is full and yet still a great bite. It's also downright delicious; you might think it's baked by an expensive, high end bakeshop. Its chocolate filled doughnuts are simply the best offered at a great price. At Php 20 each, it has a generous Brown Cow chocolate filling. It's soft and consistent; not airy mind you. The loaf bread though is ordinary. Overall, so far, Tagala's baked products really standout as to flavor and price.
