Update: Went back for a cheeseburger and rootbeer. Burger still smelled great and had a beefier taste than all other burger brands I've tried. The cheese improved. It's a bit thicker and creamier compared to my first try in this restaurant. I also stand corrected. The cheeseburger price is Php 39 while the Mug Rootbeer is Php 45. This time, the bun wasn't freshly baked. The bake quality of the bun though was still exceptional. Service was great and super quick. Still 5 stars. Next time, I'll try the other items on the menu. ------------- The cheeseburger smelled so unbelievably good. I immediately took a bite after it was served...So no whole picture of the burger. 😁 At Php 45, I didn't expect the bake quality of the bread to be superior in quality compared to international burger chain institutions. The in-house made patty tasted like fresh ground beef from a newly butchered cow. The patty may be thin but it was exemplary in savoriness, juiciness and flavor. Don't get your expectations so high yet. Here's the bummer: the cheese was paper thin and so, so. But wow. The Mug Rootbeer cost more than the cheeseburger. But of course, JG's Foodhouse deserves 5 stars for its superior quality cheeseburger and friendly crew. up
