f you are a newbie, you have to adjust your customer service (or the "usual Vape shop) expectations before entering the shop. The attendant isn't the usual "all-smiles-please-come-in" guy. One look and you know he's all business. Which is actually a good thing, well, for me. :) It was kinda off-putting at first (which is actually my bad because I had a lot of expectations), but there's something in his service that made me want to go back. It was very methodical, and at best, very logical. He'd ask questions until you've both drilled down to what you're looking for. I read somewhere that the guy isn't just after the sales, and I can attest to that now; he's more of getting you want you really want. Very cozy place too. :) Awesome juice line, mods and attys, and vape accessories. Would definitely recommend!
