Many of the nurses are unprofessional. They provided an almost empty oxygen in the ambulance for the patient who need it badly. No empathy, not much of an explanation was provided. Someone injected something to the patient without further explanation. Robotic nurses. The worst one was a fat female nurse, dark complexion who has a big voice. Ridiculously unprofessional. I will try to get her name and post it here. Sleeping nurses by the counter. Some are nice and know how to communicate properly. People that gave 5 stars on this google review are one sided, probably manipulated ratings, false fraud ratings

I would never recommend giving birth at this Hospital. The staff are not friendly and their medical facilities are incomplete. My son almost died here, he was 50/50, and was transferred to Batangas Medical Center (also called Batangas Regional Hospital). They only have 1 incubator at their NICU, and no ventilator for babies. THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL IN STA.ROSA LAGUNA!!

Medical services are limited but laboratory tests are affordable. Hospital staff are approachable and kind.

I like the hospital because it caters patients beyond their capability to manage patients upon patients' and their relatives requests. Not perfect because this should not be done. Who suppers are patients themselves. They were given options but preferred to stay despite of the possible consequences. Maybe it is not known to the public that's why a lot of negative comments were made.
