We are living in Canada now and my brother needs to secure his TOR for evaluation so he can study here, why won’t you accept an authorization letter with valid signature and ID you’re requiring a freaking SPA do you know how difficult to secure an appointment now at the embassy during a pandemic! Poor service! you’re not even an A-list university. To younger generations I suggest that you don’t enroll here the facilities and programs are not that high quality hence my brother needs to study again.

Hopefully people would be more sensitive and compassionate amidst this Pandemic
