Their place is okay, but they charge way too much. I thought they are the best vet clinic in LB, but my cat's condition just worsened. A day before my cat died, they told us that he was recovering, then the next day he's gone? They gave us a wrong advice. If you want to save your pet, don't go to this clinic.

They were very, very accommodating even if I arrived in the middle of the night, panicking. The nurses and especiallg the vets there are so kind and understanding. They even let me pay late with promisory notes because I really had no money at the time. Love them and would definitely recommend.

Not 24/7 "emergency" vet clinic. Visiting time is only 8-5. My friend's pet condition never improved and only gotten worse until she died. Would prefer Hayop Kalinga 10 times over this place.

Price is a bit on the higher side but the facilities are great. There's adequate assistance. Overall would prefer this and would recommend to people.

Not a 24/7 emergency hospital for pets, we had to ring the doorbell multiple times and tried to call the number that was provided on the tarpaulin but no response from both ends. Good thing we had another option in Calamba. Maybe change the name of your clinic if it will not be opened 24/7.
