Hands down to Dr. Paula, she's so accommodating, professional and she explains everything that fur parents need to know. We are just disappointed on how Dr. Gelo treat our baby. Our dog was yes aggressive at first (which I think any vet clinic should expect, because they are total strangers for the pets) but not that he would bite, but because he was just SCARED. Veterinarians should be the first ones to know that. But the doctor didn't even try to get close to our dog or "pet" him, instead he asked me to calm my dog myself and to put muzzle. My dog got stressed more. He didn't also try to de-worm my dog, asked me to do it at home instead- BUT I STILL PAID 800php for that 4 tablets (which can be bought for less than 100php each in other vet clinics) I find it so unprofessional that he did not even try. Finding a new veterinarian for my dog was the best decision I've made. They are not just a "dog" for us, they are family. As fur parents, we strive to get our dog the best love and care possible that's why we pay for the service. I hope these points can help improve your clinic. All the best.

Staff are efficient and helpful. Vet is amazingly good and conversational and explains everything to us in a way we will understand it faster. If only we I can give a thousand star rating, I will surely do.

Dr Paula is accomodating and friendly. However, we are disappointed with how Dr Gelo talks with his clients. Very rude.

The doctor is very kind and also loving!
