poor customer service.. dinaig pa big malls like sm kung magcheck ng bag when its just a local mall na wala na halos bumibili and one reason is ang pagcheckbna ultimo ma na namaliliit na zipper na nakkaooffend sa mga costumers na may k' at pera.. my cousin even lost her money nung iniwan bagpack nia sa baggage area. me and family are not coming back to me and city anymore.
