Stayed here for two weeks last month and it was great. The owner Shirley was very friendly and helpful and really made me feel welcome, almost like having a mum away from home she was that personable. It’s in Santa Barbara which is a short ride from Ilo Ilo, perfect for those who want a real Philippines experience without being too far from the main SM mall. Clean hotel and very peaceful, and the staff are very smiley and do a great job. It’s close to many shops and restaurants and of course a 7/11. Added bonus for me is that there was only one other westerner that I saw in the whole town. Will stay here again when I’m next in the Philippines. 5 Stars!

Located near Iloilo Airport (perfect location),the Apartment is very clean and provides you great hospitality. The Apartment owner Tita Shirley was very helpful and extremely friendly and she will guide you throughout your stay, she deserves a special thanks. The staffs were very helpful too (appreciawte this). We had an awesone night here, which obviously also added up to the experience. They also have a terrace to sit out when you're going to smoke or kung gusto niong mag muni muni. Overall experience was GREAT (I Mean It) . I'll recommend this to every couple, families at sa mag babarkada. Hinding hindi kayo mag sisisi. And for I will stay here anytime i visit Iloilo Promise :)

Sinoben Apartments is a really nice and quiet place in the rural area of iloilo. It is close to different shops and to the pubblic market where you can find fresh fruits and handmade things. The room was confortable, very clean and with air conditioner. Even if the bathroom is shared with The other guests, it is very clean. The building has a rooftop where you can relax. The owner its a really nice person, she assisted us in everything (dinner, breakfast and Airport transfer). I really recommend Sinoben Apartments!
