This place needs a makeover. Both in physical facilities and personnel. Customer service area needs better chairs. Customer service needs improvement - it's obvious that the staff are not-so motivated when some of them can't even crack a smile. Parking is ample but can get very busy during the weekends.

I called for an appointment for a car inspection. Was asked to come in. And once I was there — was presence and my request was totally ignored. Waited for hours. No one would even talk to me. Terrible experience.
