Suzuki Auto - Pasig

Horrible service. They have no landline, and the cellphone number provided is always unattended. Service is incredibly slow because people take breaks at the same time. They bungled a parts order and were unapologetic about the inconvenience and delay they caused. Save yourself from the stress, take care your car to a different branch.

Service area is a bit cramped, but customer service is good. Service advisors are easy to talk to. The current guard is the one who provides great customer experience as he's always smiling, proactive in assisting with parking and driving out (service driveway is narrow). Overall, a good experience.

Very accomodating with good quality vehicle servicing. Thank you Suzuki Pasig for performing a systematic PMS for our car.
