I want to report an experience that I had at the Iloilo Philippines store footwear specialty retailers store. I would like to tell you about a sales associate that went beyond customer service to make the transaction right for me his name is Jay and he works at Robinsons Iloilo store #390. We exchanged a pair of shoes for another pair shoes. It took over 30 minutes to do it but he figured out a way. The something supervisor did not want to lose her job but Jay took it upon himself and found out a way to do it thank you J thank you Jay thank you Jay
