5 starts to for the people working there because most of them will help you when you asked them very hospitable. If you're applying to COMELEC trust me you need to have a lot of patience, umbrella, food and patience again, especially if there's a lot of people in the line. If you're going to register a birth certificate it's very easy and fast it has its own room and very comfortable as well. If you're applying to get a Marriage license, it's hell. I'm still trying to figure out when is when, having a hard time to get a schedule or appointment for the following; *Family planning *Counselling *the application itself for Marriage license I hope this will be improved

Small for many people. But does fast transaction! Also almost one stop for clearance from police station and health center. Does require mtc form though. A bit disorganized in facilities yet workers do great. Less parking and small roads.

City Hall personnel will welcome you at the entrance and ask you what your transaction is and will guide you on the process flow and at which floor or window you should go. All personnels are friendly and accommodating. Processing is fast that's why the lines are moving fast and some windows doesn't even have queues. There's always someone who can assist you if you have further questions.

The staff are so accomodating and they will answer clearly your questions if ever you don't know what to do.

Traffic Management is friendly as well as the employees. They are both humanitarian and disiplinarian. Kudos Taguigenios
