Super disappointed with the management, unprofessional not even able to sympathize with the dead. My grandmother and grandfather’s vault is not in standard size which leads to the breaking of their casket. 10am supposed to be funeral until 4pm just because of uncoordinated staffs. We have experienced the same scenario before but we let you. But not the second time around. I hope he respects the dead because you earn from them.
