Hindi accomodating yung staff. Needs more training.

It's a nice thing for it to be very busy most of the time; however, their staff here seriously need more training about customer service. I always experience being on queue for almost 20 minutes, just paying for a bottle of mineral water. It's because there's only one staff at the counter, given that there are two and the others are in the kitchen, or just at the ice cream machine.
