Esting Flower Shop

Shopkeeper showed me a photo of the flower arrangement which showed orchids, gerbera, star gazer. I placed an order, paid in full and told them I will pick it up the next day. When I showed up, they handed over an all-mums arrangement (sans the orchids and roses- they only added it after I complained that the flowers were totally different from what I ordered). Although the owner tried his best to appease me, I’ve decided never to buy flowers from them again. For a flower shop that’s pretty well-known, they have shady practices plus their flowers are overpriced. It’s a good thing that I bought a 2nd set of flowers from another shop. I paid for orchids and they gave me orchids. Buyers beware especially during All Saint’s Day.
