I have had my teeth cleaned twice and they were fine. I also had a tooth filled but the filling kept falling off within two months and this happened 4 times so they repeated it since they have a 3 month warranty. unfortunately, I have to pay for PPE (P500) each time. On my fourth return, I was the first patient for the day. I arrived on the dot for my appointment but the dentist kept me waiting for 15 min while she chatted on the phone. What a Looooong conversation! I was fed up and left.

They really prove that they offer bad customer experience. Couldn't even handle phone inquiry nicely. Rude staff.

I did not have my tooth done here. I am under an HMO and when I approached the reception, I was greeted with a frown and when I mentioned that I will use my healthcard, she said that they need to schedule it since healthcard companies are difficult to contact. I get her point but since I am in pain and the last thing I want to see and hear are these type of responses

Prices of services become different once you get inside. Too expensive for me. Unacceptable. Will not recommend to friends and relatives.
