You cancelled our package going to Boracay. We have been trying to get back the $1,000 that we paid for. You promised to transfer it to our account, but until now we have not received it.

This agency sucks. We're stuck now in taichung because they have an issue with the angency here. They have a very bad customer service. They don't even reply.

after paid tour package no cla reps and if i answer purely to follow to release etc .. fraudsters ...

They only know to answer "waiting for the release of docs and follow up" even though they are fully paid. You can just stress
