They didn't deserve even a single star rating. *Bad customer service *Weak wifi *No meals (we can't order inside there is no resto and you need to travel to the main terminal before you can eat something.) Advice to management: Train more people and competent employees.

My cousin recommends this hotel in Nueva Ecija, she said this hotel had friendly staffs! but now, I ask her why?. Here are our experience here. First, no one answers our phone calls Second, when we checked in there is no wifi, only few staffs, and their staffs are incompetent and doesn't know how to handle the situation. They don''t have foods to offer for us, in short bad customer service.There are many hotels in Nueva Ecija, I'd rather to choose Top Star Hotel or Sogo next time

December 10, 2019. I'm writing this while travelling back to Manila,well it's not a good experience, no restaurant at all. Limited staffs and they can't understand our concern.

i don't know how much money i have to spend money on your employees and just call the hotel but you don't know how to do it right or just because you are crazy

Last February we checked in at MKC hotel. As of now, I only give them 3 stars. It seemed like nobody came by when someone came out, then I asked if they could order for me at Jollibee and then he replied that he was ordering it, so it was a bad trip. But I want to thank RJ for good customer service, even when it's time and on the way to come back, so that he and his staff do not understand well. I think they should hire more people, and please train them well specially in good communication. We plan to check in again at this hotel on November 1 to 5 and we hope many changes already implemented.
