I gave 5 stars because of Ms. Erica of BDO SM Marilao branch was very accommodating, she explained the necessary information especially to the newbie like me. Her performance as a staff was so fantastic even i waited in long queues. She knows her work and patient. I really salute her. Keep up the good work. However, Ms. Regine Villamor, staff of BDO was so rude maybe because of my appearance and not so patient to answering queries. She needs more improvement and dedication to her work. Kindly train Ms. Regine how to handle customers well, how to smile, don’t judge the person by looking his appearance and also don’t choose your clients.

The slowest BDO service. It’s not that tellers CB aren’t enough, but they chose not to maximize there man power. The security guards are more active than the tellers. 2 hours is not enough to facilitate your transaction. How poor and slow is that?

The taste of shakeys now is very basic and too salty!!! Disappointing service aswell! Waitressess are grumpy. Low customer service! Id rather eat jollibbee!!!

The staff members and especially the costymer service would be complaining to my wife because she had withdrawn from the machine because they had no money left and did not notice that my wife was in a bad mood to report to BSP.
