Just a suggestion ... hopefully have a fastlane for small amount of deposits like 5 to 20k. because for personal accounts just deposit we don't have to wait in the queue ... To have a suggestion box so you know your customers' needs and concerns. I have been to another location of bdo like 2 in the orthodox branch 2 which is located in the mandaluyong and meycauayan branch. My mother bank is the meycauayan branch and is close to home but I am about to relocate.

Hopefully the tellers are always smiling not only at their acquaintance, but at all should, so -1 for sure And because they get selected when you exchange new bills every Nov / Dec is -1 again. With some expectation really long, no question me! At the ATM, parking, staff and guard, they are accomodating! 🖒

It's bad if I only know how long it takes to deposit in this bdo so I never open a bank account. I'm so upset that I'm planning to close my bank account with them.
