Went to RCBC Savings Bank - Malolos Branch today. (August 20, 2018) My goal is to open annsavings account. Came there at exactly 1:53pm, and finished opening an account at 3:45pm! Super tagal po! Though inassist naman ako agad nung isang lady. But the guy who is really assigned sa opening ng account, I wasn't so sure of his service yung mabagal or yung server ba sa branch na yun. Ang taaaaaaggggggaaaal! Ang bagal po. One of the other lady and the guy is apologetic naman sa akin. Pasensya na raw at natagalan. Hindi ko lang kasi gets ano yung nagpapabagal/nagpapatagal. Considering na 2 naman ata sila na assigned sa opening account. And we are just 3 customers when I arrived. I posted this review, para ma-address yung issue at ma-improve yung sistema and services. I do hope that this will help! Thanks a lot!
