It is a great place for exercising, training and stress-relieving. On weekends, the complex is like a pilgrimage area for people who want to breathe some fresh air, get some early morning sunshine, break some sweat to releve stress. The also serves as a bonding place for families. On ordinary days, it is not uncommon to see long distance runners and triathletes tarining in the rubberized track oval and even on the swimming pool.
