Those staff are only after on when you buy the product they carry. They’ll insist on the brand they represent. I bought an item that needs installation and they said it’s free. And when the day came they promised to install the product? No one came! Why the culture here in the Philippines for after sale service is really poor? They are all only after the profit. Those staff are only after on the quota they need to sell for the day and that’s it!! ACE Hardware admins need to improve your service and train well your people.

Was going to buy a heatgun and wanted to compare the 3 brands that were available. I asked the staff that were in front of the power tools display. There were 3 of them at that time. I asked to see the Black and Decker heatgun, and I received no response. I heard one staff say to the other staff that the Black and Decker ones were “over there” (pointing w his mouth). I patiently waited for somebody to get the said product, but after about 5 mins standing there in front of them, nobody even flinched. A customer even had to tell them na “gusto yata makita ni sir” but still none of them moved. After waiting a few more minutes, I decided to go find the manager to tell them that I wasnt even assisted on the product that I needed to purchase. I am currently on my way to find another hardware store that actually permits customers to buy items that they need. By the way, the whole time I was waiting, I was carrying my 9 month old infant.
