July 9 my parcel arrived at this warehouse, I made a follow up via email and they said that they have no idea why the parcel is not yet delivered. Lousy service especially in Bulacan! No coordination with their hubs! I will never choose ninja van again as my courier. 5 parcels of mine are just sitting there and who knows when will they deliver all of it!! 😡

They love to invent a reason out of failed delivery. They make sure they are safe and the recipient is at fault. Failed delivery (I requested a reschedule) so failed. Another parcel from ninjanvan also courier said the address is not complete and the recipient cannot be contacted. I will never again choose din courier for delivery. Too much hassle. Especially guiguinto HUB

My first time with this courier, my fellow parcels from shopee and dating, lesson learned that I will never again choose this courier, you beat overseas for the duration of your delivery time, reply support they will say " Priority List "my parcel? You decide, your shipping fee is expensive and you don't have fast delivery.

1st time i recieve here in ninjavan. How long does it take you to deliver 5 days of my hangover 2 parcels jan and one of my shopee ordered and july 4 due date. What's up ninja?
