Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark, Cebu

Took advantage of a great quarantine promo and got the pool villa. Obviously not all of the resort was open so that was weird but due to the circumstances it's acceptable. Staff was very courteous and helpful with limited availability of usage. For example, main pool and gym only opens starting at 10am till 530pm. Breakfast buffet is very limited but still yummy and good quality. Took us 2 hours to get checked out waiting for golf cart pick up. Reception/front desk staff was dealing with the usual difficult guests all day, unfortunately it rubbed off on the innocent ones as they have permanent frowns for the rest of us. Would I recommend this resort, sure. Would I go back, sure. By the way, the room (pool villa).was clean and we'll maintained.

Christmas Party package experience: 11am-5pm. 5 ft max pool depth. The end of the long slide is ground and not water. The beach is a bit above average. Clean but with some floating seaweeds. The area has a lot of plants and the landscape was neat

Checked in late (was too busy) : 8pm No complimentary drinks for members (sorted out the next day, we were given complimentary welcome drink vouchers after talking to the supervisor) Staff not coordinated. People were still at the bar but we were told that the bar is closed. Asked if room service is still available, the usher told us we can still order and go to the bar. But after calling room service on the phone, they said they're closed and we couldn't order from outside. (We have a kid, he got hungry 😅). Amenities close at about 6pm, unless you go for a villa that has a pool. Good thing we managed to request for a late check out at 4pm. 😅 Food (a la cart) took about an hour to cook (pizza and fries with cheese) 🤑 Good thing there wasn't that many guests, we had time to relax.😅

One of the best resorts in the Island. Even though there's only a few staffs due to the pandemic, I noticed its cleanliness and upkeep. Its one of the few places I could definitely recommend if you want relaxation and some quality "me time". Its villas are ideal for family with kids. Its private and its noticeably quiet. Keep it up JPark!

The best family friendly resort for me! The kids super enjoyed the waterpark they didn’t want to leave the pool! I like everything in Jpark, its Cabana is comfy, looks elegant and perfect for day use. I love the foods served for breakfast buffet especially their varieties of bread! It’s a must try! The room is spacious although the television I think needs upgrading but it’s understandable given the current situation we’re in.
