Their system is complicated and impractical. Why put a bank in populated location with easy access to people and transact only a corporate accnt and not savings account. Non sense!!

Their system is offline, all atm's are offline. So I travelled 20 kms from home just to go to one of their banks and withdraw over-the-counter since I have an emergency and needed my money. However, none of the clerks can help me at all. They need a bunch a documents for authentication which I should have already submitted because I am their customer for years now. I have my ATM card with me, lots of valid IDs with me (government-issued ID's) and still they could not help me. My request is very simple, I just need to widthraw my own Money. Other banks aren't like this. Plus the lady who helped me has no sense of urgency. What a waste of my time. I am so disappointed. Also one of my colleague from work experienced the same bad service. RCBC, how would you address your horrible service?
