Mactan Doctors' Hospital

Poor service. HMO office in the hospital is closed for a two-hour lunch. And I wonder why here, the patient has to do all the admin stuff. When I was at makati med, they dealt with everything including contacting the insurance. I don't like the service here. I was simply told to go from one office to another. I ended up being told the test I needed was not available in the hospital, and going home with my back pain.

This hospital doesn’t even deserve a one star. Bad service from hospital staff, no proper handover. Room 316 got a lot of mosquitoes, and they call it a private room. Our patient had to fast for a CT only to find out the following day we’re to provide the contrast and some other medications at the 11th hour...and take note, we’re to get if from CDU!! Had to cancel the CT as our patient was already very hungry. Medicines are also very pricey!!! Don’t go to this hospital! You will die of stress!

If you are really sick definitely dont go there if you want to live. All they are interested your money not your health. I would also like to see the actual qualifications of the doctors there? Staff very rude and not helpful. Also if you are unlucky to have to stay there and dont die make sure you check your bill as for sure many charges there not applicable. Doctors there who took the oath if they have any morals should resign.

Money over health. That's all there is about this Hospital.

Seriously. We got ask by a friend patient in the hospital if we could help donating blood. Sure happy to help. Waiting 3 hours that someone attends us to get registrated. I know there is covid. Here is someone who needs help and the once who wants to help gets ignored.
