Rated 1 star because there is no 0 star option. This bank consistently makes their clients wait for quite a while. If you want to transact here make sure to bring with you a load of patience and make sure you have at least an hour to spare because they seem to almost always be understaffed. In my case, it took me two hours to simply have my money deposited at the counter. Such a big waste of time. Other bank companies around the vicinity can do the same task in 5 minutes. Definitely not recommended.
