The place is great. I'd recommend spending time here with your best buds. Not gonna lie, I enjoyed here.

Poor customer service: people working at the front desk seemed to hate their job so much that they were taking it out to the customers. Dirty restroom: no flush for urinals so the smell lingers in the air. Not sure when the place was last cleaned. Unfriendly and sarcastic staff: they kept on opening the door suddenly without excusing themselves. Not sure what they were trying to do but that was very distracting and an act that showed how little they care about their customers. Not to mention how they were always glaring at us from the outside. If it's just a glance that's fine, but glaring was just too much. We were asking questions about the food and equipment but they probably hated answering it professionally so we only got sarcastic responses. Old and malfunctioning equipment and lights: faded text on the remote control and no instructions from the staff on how to use it. You should ask them first because they don't know the word responsibility. The keyboard that was supposed to help in place of the remote was actually just a decoration because it's not working and they even blamed the previous customers for breaking it. I wonder what they said about us after leaving the place? The room only had dimmed lighting because the other light switch was no longer working so we used our phones' flashlight instead. TL;DR: Overall, my experience with the place is terrible and I will never go back to this establishment again.

A place where you can bring almost anybody and just have great fun and fill your body with gastronomic delight!
