Force is one of the most controversial, and misunderstood parts of today’s law enforcement job description. Officers should not be afraid to “put hands” on an individual when objectively reasonable. Using force is part of the job — it is part and parcel to lawfully fulfill of the duties of the position. When used lawfully, reasonably, and within the totality of the circumstances, force is appropriate; we need to work hard to educate the press and the public.

Slow processing of payments. Payments for all transactions can only be paid thru landbank Camp Crame which has very long line (people waiting in a room with mono block chairs). It took me almost 3 hours in line. They should be able to support online/e-payments or bank transfers so people can pay ahead of time (before the appointment) conveniently.

Very accessible using the metro rail transit 3. It takes about a few walks only from the train station to Crame's main gate. Accessible also using the bus rapid transit and walk thru the entrance and exit of the train station. Strict but Courteous guards. Highlyly secured and discipline is highly observed. Proper dress code is also implemented. No wearing of slippers and short pants.
