The falls were amazing. Rocks should be slippery but were the complete opposite, giving good footing despite the strong current. Try to visit during lean periods so that you can have the falls to yourself.

The underground river is good The caves in which the river go is so good you love to see it There is also small water falls were you can relax It's not expensive 100 pesos for foreginer entrance Food is available no need to bring If you want to have a ride in River through caves 2000 pesos for 5 It's worth to visit the underground river Its little far from the legazpi We need to have our won transportation It's good to come with friends No camping is available don't even think Maybe by 5 or 6 it closes

Jovellar is an awesome place for familes or couples looking for adventure. The locals are extremely friendly and the guides are very courteous and knowledgeable. If you plan to self drive, make sure to be careful as some of the local roads are steep. The underground river tour and falls will last approximately 30 minutes and is totally worth the drive. The short hike to the location is about 10 minutes and is not difficult. If there have recently been heavy rains, you can expect the water to be brown instead of the usual green/blue.

An amazing place. The only problem is, due to heavy rains, some area are temporarily restricted. I hope we can go back when the weather is good. If you will visit the place, make sure to contact them first to know the situation of the place and the availability of the activities. As the guide said, it takes at least a week in order for the water to be restored after a heavy rain.

The place is nice but the cost is too high for 2 cascades and 1 cave entrance to see : Locals pay 50 but foreigners are charged 200. That's not ok at all. Foreigners are not necessarily rich and this is typical Filipino scam. Parking fee 15. Then you have to pay 400 for the bamboo float into the cave / underground river which is more a dark shower taking 10 minutes. You see some muddy stalactites and a torrent at the end. The brave can jump into the (brown) water. At least the people there are really friendly and smiling.
