I happily discovered the Slouch Hat Inn whilst I was walking around Manila’s 🇵🇭 baraguy areas of Ermita , looking for my dinner , when I stumbled upon this great Australian / expat bar The Slouch Hat Inn Manila ... is a hotel accommodation , with a relaxing bar / restaurant I really liked the atmosphere of this comfortable bar ( from the barmaids - the bar has been very quiet since the reopening after the Coronavirus lockdown restrictions hit ) During my first visit ... a long with the cold tequila sunrise cocktails , I also enjoyed a scrumptious thick sausage & true hot homemade thick potato chips with gravy In the background - mostly entertaining Aussie songs where being played on the stereo There is also a regular size bar pool table - if you like a game or more I enjoyed my dinner so much ... I returned the next morning for an early brunch ... of a must try savoy mince on toast , with a hash brown & coffee ... I also added 2 eggs & another one of those tasty sausage I ordered the previous night ... plus I had some early morning San Miguel beers to wash it all down I will sure return during my time here in Manila 🇵🇭

Booked and paid to stay but not staying as it is so bad. Better to lose the money than my life.

The bar and restaurant are not bad the food was good. room was extremely basic the blanket was dirty and had hair on it. The upstairs area smelled shared bathroom glad i did not have to use
