Mercury Drug - Manila Quiapo Plaza Miranda

We had always been a fan of this chain of drugstore. They are always helpful with customers and patrons. 1 star to The PLAZA MIRANDA branch infront of the QUIAPO CHURCH because of the 1 particular stingy lady pharmacist😥 who was very rude to a senior citizen who was hearing impaired (which I think she wasn't aware of) I and some patron buyers witnessed it. She was rude and peevish to the old lady who was buying her prescription medication. 😖 the old lady was having some trouble hearing her questions. A good soul intervened and helped the old lady but still the Stingy pharmacist handle it annoyingly. I just hope management will see my rating and be open and maybe correct the way the stingy pharmacist handle the situation. 🤔 We all have problems on various degrees and relations, but let us be professional with our work and leave problems at home when dealing with customers especially with the senior citizens and the PWD. 😀

You would usually see a lot of people here. They have most of the medicines people need probably. Their location is very strategic. They are in the busiest and most crowded place in Manila.
