My kulang sa Items na binili ko.its in the receipt but the Items isn't in Paper Bag. Poor Service 😤 this is the 2nd time happened. Di na nakatuwa!!!

I’ve been visiting this store for quite sometime now. The products are unique and many variations, most of them are low price compare to other shop. However if you are in a hurry, you are probably at the wrong place. This store only open 1 register which they have total of 3 register to show. Having long lines they dont care, staff still having personal conversations infront of their customers and never mind the customer at all. Very good products but POOR customer Service. Will recommend this store for the people who dont have plans during the day and a bunch of time waiting for long queue in cashier just to pay for the items.

It was only nov 28. About 2-3pm. I bought key holders 53 pesos and angular protractor 55 pesos. We are also wrong in the sta. Lucia. I was wrong about the return of my angular protractor in less than 1 hour. There is no return policy at all. Hope it's not over here I wish I had a little more attention here at the mall and I still shop there tsk tsk tsk
