Very cozy place and affordable, great location along TM kalaw. Family room is equipped with TV, refrigerator, airconditioning, free wifi. Staff was also very courteous. best to book this via Agoda we got it for 50% off :)

It is a very perfect hotel even the price is cheap the bedrooms are like condos and also a free breakfast in the morning

A home away from home ,budget hotel with good service ,

Staffs are doing great in their service, from check in till you check out. Also the room I stayed in were clean and comfy. I asked for an extra pillow they immediately gave it to me. Around the area are lots of Super malls and historic sites definitely would come back in my next visit in Manila.
