Ok for a big family gathering or staycation...luneta park? Its just outside and few corners...

Lacking the necesities you would normally see in hotels but if your needs are basic, you will get by it. Most important is its close to everything else you require and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Just a temporary stay. The rooms reflect how old is the building. It is not maintained pretty much and the door locks are a little dilapidated.

So far si good and spacious.
