City Garden Suites Hotel in Manila

Thank you for having us in your hotel for two nights. I appreciated the kindness and thank you for printing my documents for free.The room that we got was a bit small and has many tables. But it's good for two adults but not with the toddler that never stop climbing. Haha😂 We had a great stay though we didn't got the breakfast before we leave. But it's ok. God bless!

The staff are very helpful and polite. They assisted us in all of our needs. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, the only problem we had is just that they have a really small and very very limited capacity for parking. Their parking space only accommodates 5 cars and you have to park your car beside the road which is on the oppisite side of the hotel, if you're unfortunate.

I had a nice stay, but unfortunately my room has no hot water 🙁.... watched a lot of cat videos all throughout the day and it was fun...

My son and I stayed for 16 days in this hotel last October 2020. While the amenities are not really good (like the shower which is often too hot or cold and difficult to adjust), I nevertheless commend the staff who are just superior in treating guests. I especially would like to mention Camille in the front desk who was always there for us when we needed something like printing of documents for free, assisted us as to where to contact a laundrymat, and all the perfect gestures to make our stay comfortable. She's very helpful and amiable. Thanks a lot, Camille. Another staff that is worth the special mention is Coco or Koko. He was much of a help from cleaning the room, some errand, and anything that you would ask for assistance. He is also very polite and honest. The hotel is a perfect place if you have an appointment at St. Luke's Medical Clinic and go shopping at Robinson's Ermita since it is just a walking distance. Overall, it was a good place for a two-week stay in Manila.

its average good ambiance but theres no more buffet breakfast ,sad
