Officers are inefficient and rude. I was greeted by a shouting man who barely entertained me and I had to make several trips back because he didn't explain things clearly and kept on piling up requirements.

I had a problem with the excessive human noise at the condo unit directly on top of my condo unit. The talks i had with the unit renters had been futile, so i called the Malate Police Station (PS-9) for help. After five minutes, two policemen from the said station appeared at the lobby of my condo. In coordination with the condo security, i accompanied these policemen to the noisy condo unit to air my grievance. Am not sure if the human noise would cease from hereon, but the immediate response from the police station was commendable...and the policemen were so professional in their procedures. Thanks.
