Had breakfast here and I find the service quite ok. Staff is friendly and efficient. Place is clean, well lighted and decor is fresh. Restroom unfortunately is open for the whole public. People would walk in from nearby business offices just to use the restroom and leave without buying anything. Management is actually ok with it much to the inconvenience of actual customers who have to wait in line. Its a constant long line always. Not to mention security issue of a large number of people coming in and out just to use the restroom. So many non-customers loitering around so be a bit careful with your stuff.

Delighted to experience better dining service recently. Last week, I ordered wanton with siopao meal for early dinner. Overall, the place was clean, enough seats/tables for customers, and relatively quick and accommodating crews. Food was served hot and the dishes looked well-prepared. Customer service may be improved though. Front crews may offer some condiments such as chili sauce for noodles meals right away.

There are tons of people eating in this certain branch but that's not the reason why this got a 3 Star rating, it's because unlike some of the branches that I went and ate at, in this particular place SELLS the Chilies, this happens after your first order of Chili, you need to purchase it starting at 5 pesos. which sucks because for some people how will they enjoy their siomai if it' not spicy. Right?

Slow crew. Food serving takes too long for a customer's patience. Tried to order before, they told me it'll only be 10 mins, but it took me 30 mins to receive what I ordered.

Chowking in U.N. Branch. Yes, I usually ate there once a week, and I noticed that the place were not as inviting compare to othere branches. But I found that most crews are accommodative and fast serving.
