The visit in early January did not turn out as expected. I was sourcing to replace our roofing not having any previous experience with roofing before. Their 2nd floor showroom the 2nd floor despite having 3 to 5 people from Apo’s Customer Service were not receptive to my inquiry. They kept asking me questions rather than answering mine. They also, asked me to send them the plans of the roofing and would not do a visit. Maybe mine is an isolated case.
