The hotel is currently under renovation but the rooms are still nice and clean. wifi speed is super fast... 😍

Me and my friend Checked in at this hotel yesterdy for our friends’s wedding; and as per our booking it states that check in time was at 2:00 pm. We arrived at around 4:00 pm but unfortunately the room wasn’t ready yet. I asked the receptionist how long we should be waiting but she kept on answering me “ a few more minutes” twice. In the first place upon arrival we should have been informed right away how long we should be waiting and should have been given complimentary drink since they knew to themselves that we would be waiting for a long time. Another thing was, the receptionist reasoned out that the hotel was fully booked last night so that’s why they were experiencing some minor problems with regards to booking. First and foremost whatever their problem is, is not my concern. What i prefer to hear is the actions they are taking to solve the problem. I dont even like the suggestion they offered which is to stay at a certain room and will be transfered later to our preferred room, which is also inconvenient. We just stayed in our friend’s room and finally we got our room at 5:35 pm. Im disappointed at my first time here but maybe i might give them another chance.
