Visited last December 30 for a haircut, the stylist asked me what cut I wanted and I told her I wanted a layered hairstyle (coz ever since I always had that style) but the stylist told me that since I have curly hair it wouldn't be nice. She suggested that I should just have a trim and length would be just above the shoulders. Well, thinking she's a stylist, probably she might be right so I agreed (but I really wanted a layered cut deep inside). To my surprise she finished my haircut within 5 mins! I was sooo disappointed with how it turned out! After the ridiculous trim I went straight to the counter to ask how much for the "haircut", the receptionist/cashier told me P80!!! Frankly, I could've gotten a better haircut and treatment in other salons nearby and way cheaper than this salon can offer! Since this salon is the nearest in my place (a minute away from my house) and it's already past 8 that's why I opted to come here but I swear NEVER AGAIN!!! I came out dissatisfied AF!!!

Staffs aren't pleasant to deal with and they would even demand to give them a tip. Kailangan daw nila pambawi sa pamashe at pangkain nila. Don't know if the management even know this. Worst experience ever.

Service is pretty average. Been there a couple of times and I end up pretty unsatisfied with my hair cut.

I always visiting Fresh Salon & Spa Bonifacio/Shaw Bvld branch twice a month. Ate Nitz is a great manucurist & Roxanne is an excellent masseuse! Keep up the good work!
