I went to Pasig Justice Hall to process RTC Clearance. The Security guards are nice assiting people. But what made me frustrated and give this poor ratings is the wait time, it is taking FOREVER! I waited for more than 5 hours! I hear other people beside me and saying they have been waiting since 9 am and right is at 3:36 pm is that even possible? I have a huge respect to employees who are working reallly hard BUT please find a way to improve the processes. Thank you so much
