Mercury Drug California Garden Square

I'm calling the attention of your manager Ananias Seletaria of Mercury Drug Branch California Garden Square Mandaluyong. I've been loyal to your company eversince but my experience today 06/29/2018 is the worst. I understand that you don't have the number system anymore to identify who among your customers come first but your employee should have a way to know them. It's very evident that i'd been on the counter for more than 10 minutes but no one assisted me. Two of your employees, one is Jhoy, just ignored me and assisted the next 5 persons after me which is very unacceptable. Good thing that the cashier personnel assisted me knowing that I've been waiting for so long. Expecting for your immediate feedback on this or I'll take it further.
